To show empathy is to put yourself in the others person’s shoes to reason and to feel from their point of view, while persuasion is convincing others to agree to your point of view. Information You should know how to acquire, use and manage information effectively in order to persuade yourself or others. Being informed and using the information appropriately while building a human relationship is vital. Influence Motivation, delegation, conflict resolution and decision making are some of the vital elements of influence.
